K-pop shows welcome back live audiences

by KoreaJoongAngDaily

K-pop shows including SBS's ″Inkigayo″ are resuming in-person audience viewings as Korea relaxes most of its Covid-19 measures. [SBS]

As Korea relaxes most of its Covid-19 measures, K-pop shows are resuming in-person audience viewings.

From May 14 and 15 respectively, MBC’s “Show! Music Core” and SBS’s “Inkigayo” will accept audience members to attend the filming of the show.

KBS’s “Music Bank” announced in late April that it will also resume having in-person audiences soon.

However, since the mask mandate for indoor gatherings of 50 people or more remains, attendees are required to wear face coverings during filming.
