NewJeans to come back with new EP 'Get Up' in July

Girl group NewJeans will make a comeback on July 21 with their second EP “Get Up.”
NewJeans’ agency ADOR made the announcement through Weverse and a press release about the EP on Monday.
A total of six songs will be included in the EP — “Super Shy,” “ETA,” “Cool With You,” “New Jeans,” “Get Up” and “ASAP.”
“Super Shy,” “ETA” and “Cool With You” will be triple title tracks, according to ADOR.
The group has previously released triple title tracks in their debut album with “Attention,” “Hype Boy” and “Cookie.”
All six songs will have a music video, according to ADOR. In particular, the song “New Jeans,” to be pre-released on July 7, will be released with a music video in collaboration with the hit cartoon series “The Powerpuff Girls.”
NewJeans made its debut as a five-member group — Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein — that debuted in August 2022 with EP “New Jeans” under ADOR, a newly-founded music label under HYBE, led by the former creative director of SM Entertainment, Min Hee-jin.
NewJeans stormed the global K-pop scene with successive hits, such as “Attention,” “Hybe Boy,” “Ditto” and “OMG.” The girl group received rookie awards and the Performance of the Year award from the Asia Artist Awards in December 2022.
The girl group will hold its first fan meeting, “Bunnies Camp,” at the SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium in Songpa District, southern Seoul, on July 1 and 2.
