Let's Try This 3Min Seated Train Stretch(Part 1/2)

Have you ever felt stiff and achy after sitting on a train for a long time?
To help with that, we’ve prepared a 3MIN Train Seat Stretching that’s super simple yet highly effective in loosening up your body.
Let’s get started with Part 1! 👍
1. Neck Stretching (Left / Right)
Use your left hand to gently pull the right side of your head toward your left shoulder, feeling a stretch along the side of your neck.
Repeat the same movement on the opposite side.
Stretching area: Neck
2. Neck Stretching (Up / Down)
Clasp your hands together, place your thumbs under your chin, and gently lift your head upward to stretch your neck.
Place your hands on the back of your head and gently pull your head downward to stretch the back of your neck.
Stretching area: Neck
3. Shoulder Stretching
Place your hands beside your legs and stretch by rolling your shoulders.
Stretching area : Shoulder
