One Band is All You Need! Sculpt Your Back, Chest, Arms, and Shoulders (Part 2/2)

Hello, this is Allblanc TV! 

Following up from our last session, we're going to dive into Part 2 of our upper-body sculpting workout using just a single resistance band. 

If you're looking for an even deeper burn, try gripping the band shorter to increase the resistance. 

Let's push through until the end and build that toned upper body together!  

4. Band Front Raise

1) Hold each end of the band in your hands, and stand on the middle of the band with your feet.

2) Keep your upper body stable and lift both arms forward to shoulder height, then lower them.

3) Repeat the above movement.

Stimulating area: Shoulders 

5. Band Bent Overhand Lateral Raise

1) Hold each end of the band in your hands, and stand on the middle of the band with your feet.

2) Slightly bend your knees, straighten your back, and lean your upper body forward.

3) Lift your arms to shoulder height on both sides, then lower them. Repeat this movement.

Stimulating area: Posterior delts 

6. Band Biceps Curl

1) Hold each end of the band in your hands, and stand on the middle of the band with your feet.

2) Bend your elbows and pull both hands up toward your shoulders, then lower them. Repeat this movement.

3) Keep your upper body straight, and ensure the position of your elbows remains stable.

Stimulating area: Biceps
