No More Hip Dip Workout

Hello, this is Allblanc TV! 🙂

Today, we’ve prepared a glute workout series designed to help fill in your hip dips!

If you’ve been wanting to shape and refine your lower body line, be sure to follow along until the end. 👏🏻

1. Cross back lunge & side kick (R)

  1. 1) Extend your right leg back diagonally as you go into a curtsy lunge.

  2. 2) After returning to the starting position, lift your right leg as you kick it out to the side.

Stimulating area: Hips

2. Cross back lunge & side kick (L)

  1. 1) Repeat Exercise 1 for the other (left) side.

Stimulating area: Hips

3. Squat & Side step

  1. 1) Do a normal squat then move one step to the right to do another squat.

  2. 2) Return to the starting point and repeat.

Stimulating area: Lower body

4. Narrow squat & Arm reach

  1. 1) Standing with your feet less than shoulder-width apart and your hands straight out in front of you, lower yourself into a squat and repeat.

Stimulating area: Hips

With the moves you learned today, you can strengthen your outer glutes and thighs to build a more balanced and defined body shape.
