Try This Hip Dips Workout (For Beginner & Intense)

Hi, it’s Allblanc tv.🙌

Following the last time, we prepared a lower body workout today. 

In this episode, we brought four HIP DIPS WORKOUT that help you to get a nice hip line so make sure to try it~

If you are first with this workout, please follow the beginner’s version and if you are familiar with this, get a band and go for the intense version : ) 

1. Rainbow 

1) In the tabletop posture, stretch your left leg and support your body with both hands and right knee. 

2) Lift your left leg and make a circle outward. Then put it down on the right side of your right leg. 

3) Do the same with the other side. 

Stimulating area: Lower body, Butt 

2. 2way Fire Hydrant 

1) In the tabletop posture, lift your right leg to your right while bent at a 90 degree angle. 

2) Do the same with the other side. 

Stimulating area: Lower body, Butt 

3. Glute Bridge Abduction 

1) Support your body with your arms and shoulders and push the ground with your soles to lift your whole body. 

2) While going up, open your knees wide and then close them. 

Stimulating area: Lower body, Butt, Thighs 

4. Side Leg Circle 

1) Support your body with your right hand, raise your left arm and lie on your left side. 

2) Lift your right leg and make a circle outward. 

3) Do the same with the other side. 

Stimulating area: Lower body, Butt, Thighs

This episode helps you to make a pretty hip line~! 

Add these moves that you’ve learned to your exercise routine, then you’ll be able to get a nice bottom as soon as possible!
