Hello everyone, this is Allblanc TV 😊

Today, we’ll dive into the second part of 10 MIN! Full Body Fat Burn Workout.

Start by warming up thoroughly with a review of the moves from Part 1, then let’s power through some exciting new exercises together!

By focusing on proper form and mindful breathing, you can boost both your concentration and workout effectiveness.

4. Toe Tap

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and extend your arms out to the sides.

  2. Lower your upper body towards the lower left side, touching your left foot with your right hand.

  3. Repeat the same movement on the opposite side.

Stimulation Area: Oblique, Full Body

5. High Knee

  1. Stand upright and hold your hands in front of your body at waist height, keeping them steady.

  2. Lift your legs alternately forward, bringing your knee up to touch your hands.

Stimulation Area: Abs, Full Body

6. Overhead Jack

  1. Bring your hands together and stretch your arms straight up, then lower them back down.

  2. While performing the arm movements, extend one leg to the side and bring it back, alternating sides.

Stimulation Area: Arms, Full Body
